In early 2014, they recognized that the F&B industry was sorely lacking in companies that provided systems integration and engineering solutions. Seeing a potential revenue stream in this industry, Mr. Lee decided to offer Centrillion’s engineering services, customised machineries & equipments to improve the efficiency of his clients’ businesses.
Company founder and director, Mr. Lee Eng Pheow, states that their move into the F&B industry was made to increase their diversity and improve possible revenue streams in an exceedingly competitive market. Always focused on after-sales service, Mr. Lee also assures his clients an on-demand maintenance and repair team for the machine, to ensure minimal interruptions to his clients’ productions and operations.
Entire Centrillion team is adept at managing engineering problems, administrative duties and interfacing with the clients. Mr. Lee says that the reason his team has such a diverse portfolio of skills is due to the on-job training he provides and technical skills improvement programmes that their team have, which not only improves their technical skills, but also teaches them the value of good customer service.
While a small company still, Centrillion has managed to land several long-term contracts with big players in the oil & gas industry, such as Chevron Phillips,Chevron Oronite, Asahi Kasei Plastics,Mitsui Phenol and etc... Their foray into the F&B market sees them working with Super Continental Coffee.
